Shipping Policy
All our products are custom-made just for you, which means our shipping process has two stages: fulfillment and shipping.

Fulfillment Time: This is the time it takes to create your product. It usually takes 2-3 business days. We'll send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package to your doorstep. Shipping times can vary depending on your location but generally range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
Please note: Both fulfillment and shipping times can be impacted by holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days, depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks, depending upon the product's availability. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India, the delivery may take up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order?
The tracking information will be shared with your email address when the product ships. If you have not received it, please write to us at support@sootrika.com within 48 hours of placing the order.
What will happen if tracking details show a product delivered but the customer has not received it?
It is a rare case as the product is usually received by family members, neighbours, and flatmates or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases, we will refund the total amount to the customer after adequately investigating the case, which takes 10-14 Business days.
If you get the notification for the delivery of the order and have not received the product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
